A new technique of an embedded network-engine which is working on IEEE 802.11 and 802.16e WLAN environment for Video on Demand (VoD) is presented in this paper. The proposed the network-engine with the capability of controlling the transmission between embedded client and server over popular wireless environment has been offered.
